I have built a simple bot (knowledge enabled) that collects user data and delivers a lead magnet and answers user questions. But in the middle, the flow of the conversation is not like what I expect. Is there anyway we can jump on a call and discuss? How can we connect?

Yes, unfortunately botpress is having network issues at the moment. We are currently in the process of recreating our Botpress chatbots to Voiceflow (a better alternative to Botpress) for the sake of our client. Our latest video is on Voiceflow basics and the next one will be on how to integrate it with Zapier.

To ensure that Zapier receives the variables from the chatbot, it's important to run a test. Please make sure that the API card is properly configured to use the POST method and that the webhook URL is correctly set up. Additionally, ensure that the declared variables are included within the Body section of the API card. I hope this helped.
@@VineraAI Hi bro, I have to be a premium user of Zapier webhooks, for it to recognize my email, I registered with my gmail but it doesn't recognize me in the catch hook method, only when I change the retrieve poll, pasted the link and it recognized it there, but not my names entered in the spreadsheet, just the default system data.

hi bro, in zapier it just tells me Catch Hook in Webhooks by Zapier No match found, even though I entered it correctly in google sheet the first row
